Take your first exit on 213, (Exit 2 – Methuen, Salem, NH, Route 28 – Broadway), at the end of off ramp, take a right. Follow 28 south through 5 sets of lights, (approx 8/10 mile). After the 5th set of lights (intersection of Oakland Ave), Nevins will be on your right. Take a right into the driveway, follow the drive up the incline past Nevins Manor into the main parking lot of The Nevins Centre. Follow the driveway through parking lot, past The Nevins Centre, and the Adult Day Health Center will be on your left.   From Haverhill and other points East – Take Route 495 South to Route 213 West. Take Exit 2 (Methuen, Salem, NH, Route 28 – Broadway), at the end of off ramp, take a left. Follow 28 south through 6 sets of lights, (approx 1 mile). After the 6th set of lights (intersection of Oakland Ave), Nevins will be on your right. Take a right into the driveway, follow the drive up the incline past Nevins Manor into the main parking lot of The Nevins Centre. Follow the driveway through parking lot, past The Nevins Centre, and the Adult Day Health Center will be on your left.   From Lowell and other points South – Take Route 495 North to Route 93 North. Follow Route 93 North to Route 213 East (Exit 48). Take your first exit on Route 213 (Exit 2 – Methuen, Salem, NH, Route 28 – Broadway), at the end of off ramp, take a right. Follow 28 south through 5 sets of lights, (approx 8/10 mile). After the 5th set of lights (intersection of Oakland Ave), Nevins will be on your right.
